2 LBS ROUND STEAK
2 TSP SALT
1 TSP PEPPER
3/4 CUP FLOUR
1/4 CUP OIL
1 ONION, THINLY SLICED
2 CLOVES GARLIC, MINCED
1 GREEN PEPPER, CHOPPED
1 TBSP TOMATO PASTE
1-14 OZ CAN DICED TOMATOES
1 TSP PAPRIKA
1 TSP OREGANO
1 TBSP WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
1 1/2 CUP BEEF BROTH

CUT THE MEAT INTO SERVING PIECES AND SEASON ON BOTH SIDES WITH THE SALT AND PEPPER. PUT THE FLOUR INTO A PIE PAN AND DREDGE THE MEAT ON BOTH SIDES THROUGH THE FLOUR.TENDERIZE THE MEAT AND DREDGE THROUGH THE FLOUR AGAIN. ADD OIL JUST TO COVER THE BOTTOM OF A 4 TO 5 QT DUTCH OVEN. WHEN THE OIL STARTS TO SHIMMER, ADD THE MEAT (DO NOT CROWD). COOK UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN ON BOTH SIDES. REMOVE FROM POT AND ADD ONIONS, GARLIC AND GREEN PEPPER SAUTE FOR 1 TO 2 MINUTES. ADD THE REMAINING INGREDIENTS AND STIR TO COMBINE. RETURN THE MEAT TO THE POT, SUBMERGING IT IN THE LIQUID. COVER THE POT AND PLACE IN TIN A 325º PREHEATED OVEN. COOK FOR 1 1/2 TO 2 HRS OR UNTIL THE MEAT IS TENDER AND FALLING APART.

THIS IS ANOTHER RECIPE THAT ADAM MAKES FOR ME. HE SERVES IT WITH POTATOES THAT HE MASHES WITH FLAVORED CREAM CHEESE. IT'S GOOD!
