3 ripe mash bananas
2 1/2 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/4 c. oil
1 egg
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º F.
Mix all ingredients together. Drop dough by rounded spoonfuls on non-greased cookie sheet. Bake 5 min. Remove from oven. Press down gently with a fork. Continue to bake 8 min. or until they begin to brown.

My grandson, Tait, wanted banana cookies. His mother, Ashleigh, came up with this recipe. There's no flour in them so I get to eat them too.
