2 c. stale bread crumbs
4 c. milk, scalded
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter, melted
dash salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Add bread to scalded milk. Beat eggs slightly and mix with remaining ingredients. Blend with milk mixture. Pour into greased casserole and bake in a pan of hot water at 350º until firm. Serve with cream or pudding sauce.
