Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 ½ pounds ground turkey
1 medium onion (optional)
1 ½ teaspoons salt
½ teaspoon pepper

2/3 cup milk
2 cups Jiffy or Bisquick baking mix

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ground turkey and onion in pan and cook thoroughly (you can do it without the onions if you want to). Season with salt and pepper. Set aside to cool

Combine milk and baking mix in a bowl with a fork. Pat or roll dough out onto a clean surface into a 1/3 inch thick rectangle, about 9 X 12. Cover one half with cooled meat mixture, then pull rest of biscuit dough over to cover meat. Place on a greased baking pan (cookie sheet) with the dough’s seam sides down, or at least pressing seams closed as best you can. Make a few slashes on surface of dough to let steam out. Bake at a 400 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve with turkey or beef gravy.
