2 Cups Milk
3 Eggs
1 Cup Sugar
3 Tbsps. Flour
1/4 Tsp. Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Scald milk, sift sugar and flour together, separate eggs, beat yolks. Add Sugar, flour and salt and beat thoroughly with egg yolks. You may need to add alittle milk to mix all ingredients. Add to hot milk and stir constantly on low heat, stir until it thickens. Add 1 can of coconut. Pour into baked pie shell. Beat egg whites, 2 Tbsps. sugar for each egg white, 1/4 Tsp. cream of tarter, 1 Tsp. vanilla. Spread on pie. Bake at 350 degrees until brown.
