Ingredients:
Peanut butter
Squeeze bottle of Syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Get out peanut butter (I prefer creamy, but crunchy will do). Get out the squeeze bottle of syrup. Get one fork and one tablespoon. Get a bowl with high sides (I prefer the paper one's from Sam's Club. Using a regular good china bowl my require a nasty clean up and get you yelled at).

Place at least 2 heaping tablespoons of peanut butter in bowl. Put spoon aside for later use. Place syrup bottle upside down over bowl and peanut butter and squeeze many times. Be sure to flip up the top before squeezing as pressure can build up in the bottle. Remember I've been doing this for 60 plus years.

Stir briskly thoroughly mixing the peanut butter and syrup. Important: Only rookies stir with the tablespoon. Use the damned fork. The tines allow the mixture to flow through thus enhancing the mixing process.

Now grab the spoon and dig in! Warning: Do not consume this less than 8 hours before bed time. Also, stay within easy reach of the bathroom for oh. . .a couple of hours should do it. Remember, I've been doing this for over 60 years.
