Ingredients:
Line a shallow glass dish with Canadian bacon or ham ( I use country ham). Top with a layer of Swiss cheese. Break eggs over all. Drizzle cream or dollop sour cream over the egg whites until the yolks peek through. Just dollop sour cream around eggs and it will spread. Bake in a 450 over for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 10 minutes more. Cut in squares to serve.
