Ingredients:
Ingredients:
7 large potatoes (peeled or unpeeled)
8oz. package of cream cheese
8 oz. of sour cream
½ to ¾ stick of butter
Salt/ pepper/ ¼ tsp.garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the potatoes until they are mashable. Put the potatoes in a large casserole dish and mix them with a blender. Slightly warm the cream cheese in the microwave to make it more manageable. Add the cream cheese and the sour cream to the potatoes and continue blending. Add salt/ pepper/ and garlic powder to taste. Place pats of butter across the top and bake on 350 degrees for approximately 20 to 30 minutes (mainly just heat it through and melt the butter).

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
You can make this the night before and then cook for 45 minutes prior to serving. I always add a lot of butter to the top while it cooks in the oven. Perhaps not the healthiest, but good.
