2 2 1/2 oz jars sliced mushrooms
1/2 lb. linguini
1/2 lb. spinach linguini
2 cartons whipping cream
3 cups cooked ham
6 egg yolks
1/2 cup Parmesan
2 sticks butter
1 1/2 cups frozen peas

Directions:
Directions:
Cook peas and drain. Cut ham in julienne strips. Drain mushrooms. Beat egg yolks, set aside. Cook Linguini, drain and put back on stove on medium heat. Add peas, mushrooms and ham. Stir over heat. Add butter stirring constantly. After butter is melted, stir in unbeaten cream and beaten egg yolks. Stir in Parmesan cheese.

Serve warm. Sprinkle parmesan over top before serving.
