Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 cup crushed tortilla chips
1 Tb. Melted butter
1 lb. ground round
1 (1.25 oz pkg) taco seasing mix, divided
2 Tbs. water
2 (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
2 Cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup sour cream
2 Tbs. flolur
2 cups shredded lettuce
6 Roma Tomatoes, diced

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Stir together the tortilla chips and melted butter; press into the bottom of a 9 inch spring form pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and cool slightly.

While crust bakes, in a large skillet over medium heat, cook the beef until it crumbles and is no longer pink. Drain and pat dry. Return the beef to the skillet and add taco seasoning mix (reserve 1 tsp.) and 2 Tbs. water. Cook over medium heat until liquid evaporates. Set aside.

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until fluffy. Add the eggs, one at a time, and reserved teaspoon of taco mix and beat until blended. Add the cheddar cheese and mix thoroughly. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust and 1 inch up sides of pan. Spoon beef mixture in center and spread cream cheese from around sides of pan over beef, forming a 1 inch border.

In a small bowl, combine the sour cream and flour and spread over cheesecake. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Let cool in pan for 30 minutes. Serve warm with lettuce and tomato.
