Chicken parts
1 bag of Potato Chips
1 stick of Butter or Margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a dish large enough to hold the
chicken parts you are using.
You can season the butter if you like, but you really don't need to.
Crush the potato chips
Dip or roll the chicken in the butter and then the chips, repeat if you need to.
Place chicken on a foil covered cookie sheet and cover with foil.
Bake at 350º for 1 hour and remove foil to brown.

My mother, Theda loved entertainment food and found this recipe in a magazine in the late 60's. She was always one to try something new!
It sounds strange, but it is really so good....don't think about the calories!!!
It can serve as many as you need, you just may need additional bags of chips.
