Garlic - whole bunch roasted
1/8 cup dry parsley
1/2 tsp salt & pepper
1/2 tsp sugar
3 tbsp olive oil
2 or 3 Cans of San Marzano Diced Tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Take the whole bunch of garlic cloves and sprinkle with olive oil and bake @ 400º for 1/2 - 3/4 hour until brown on top and a knife goes easily into the cloves. When cool enough to handle, cut off the top of the bunch and push each clove out of its skin with your fingers. (Mash, slice or use whole, depending on the recipe.)

Add all the ingredients into a medium saucepan and simmer for 1/2 hour or so until it cooks down a little bit.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
2 cans of San Marzano Diced tomatoes is enough to make two large sheet pizzas. Use 3 cans if making Uncle David's Sausage & Peppers recipe.
