1 PACKAGE SMOKED SAUSAGE SLICED WITH EACH SCLIDE QUARTERED ( I USE ECKRICH SKINLESS SMOKED SAUSAGE)
2 LARGE ONIONS CHOPPED
1 TSP GARLIC SALT
1/2 CUP VINEGAR
1 CUP DARK BROWN SUGAR
1 TSP DRIED MUSTARD
2 LARGE CANS BAKED BEANS DRAINED
1 15 OZ CAN LIMA BEANS DRAINED
1 15 OZ CAN BUTTER BEANS DRAINED
1 15 OZ CAN LIGHT KIDNEY BEANS DRAINED

SAUTE ONION IN 1 OR 2 TBS OF BUTTER TILL TRANSLUCENT. ADD GARLIC SALT, VINEGAR, BROWN SUGAR DRY MUSTARD AND BRING TO A BOIL. TURN DOWN TO LOW AND SIMMER UNCOVERED FOR 20 MINUTES. IN THE MEANTIME IN A LARGE BOWL COMBINE BEANS AND SAUSAGE. ADD ONION MIXTURE AND TRANSFER TO A SLOW COOKER OR A LARGE COVERED CASSEROLE DISH. COOK ON LOW IN SLOW COOKER FOR 4-5 HOURS OR IN A PREHEATED OVEN FOR 1 HOUR AT 350.
