1 CUP SUGAR
2/3 CUP CANNED PUMPKIN
2 TSP CINNAMON
1 TSP NUTMEG
1 TSP BAKING POWDER
3 EGGS
PINCH OF SALT
3/4 CUP CHOPPED PECANS

ICING:
I CUP POWDERED SUGAR
1/2 STICK OLEO
6 OZ CREAM CHEESE, ROOM TEMPERATURE
1 TSP VANILLA
MIX WELL AND SPREAD ON ROLL.

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT PECANS AND POUR ONTO A WELL GREASED COOKIE SHEET (OR LINE IT WITH PARCHMENT PAPER, I PREFER THIS), SPRINKLE WITH PECANS (DON'T FORGET THIS STEP). BAKE FOR 15 MINUTES AT 350º. DO NOT OVER COOK! TAKE OUT OF OVEN AND LET COOL FOR 5 MINUTES. SPRINKLE POWDERED SUGAR ON A TEA TOWEL. DUMP ROLL ONTO TOWEL AND ROLL UP WITH TOWEL JELLY ROLL FASHION. COOL IN THE FRIDGE FOR 45 MINUTES. UNROLL CAREFULLY AND SPREAD WITH ICING. ROLL IN FOIL AND CHILL IN FRIDGE. SERVE STRAIGHT OUT OF THE FRIDGE. CUT INTO ONE INCH SECTIONS AND SERVE. KEEP REFRIGERATED.
