1 PKG YEAST
1/4 CUP WARM WATER (NOT HOT)
1 CUP COTTAGE CHEESE, SMALL CURD
1 TBSP ONION, MINCED
1 TBSP OLEO, MELTED
2 TSP DILL SEED
1 TSP SALT
1/2 TSP BAKING POWDER
1 EGG
2 CUPS FLOUR

DISSOLVE YEAST IN WARM WATER. ADD EVERYTHING EXCEPT THE FLOUR. MIX WELL AND THEN ADD THE FLOUR AND M IX TO FORM A STIFF DOUGH. COVER AND LET RISE DOUBLE. STIR DOWN AND TURN INTO A WELL GREASED 2 QT CASSEROLE DISH (ROUND IF YOU HAVE IT), LET RISE UNTIL LIGHT. BAKE AT 350º FOR 40-45 MINUTES. BRUSH WITH SOME MELTED OLEO AND SPRINKLE WITH A LITTLE SALT.
