4 qts ripe tomatoes
1 qt celery
1 qt onions
1 qt water
6 sweet peppers
2 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Dill peppers, onions & celery (coarse stalks & leaves may be used), add water & cook together for 20 minutes.
Add tomatoes which have been peeled, cut up and seasoned. After it comes to a boil pour into glass canning jars leaving 1/2 inch space from top. (Before putting food in jars, process bottles in boiling water bath 30 minutes for qt jars or 25 minutes for pt jars in order to sterilize.)
