3 large onions (red bermuda)
3 cucumbers
1 tablespoon salt
1/2 pint sour cream
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup vinegar (or to taste)
1 teaspoon paprika
Directions:
Directions:
Slice peeled cucumbers and onions very thin (use potato peeler). Put in bowl and sprinkle with salt. Set aside for several minutes. Blend sour cream, vinegar and sugar. Squeeze cucumbers and onions with hands and discard water. Stir in sour cream mixture. Sprinkle paprika over salad and serve
