1 ½ c boiling water
3 sq. unsweetened chocolate
¾ c butter
2 tsp vanilla
2 ½ c less 1 Tbsp brown sugar
2 ¾ c & 1Tbsp flour
1 ½ tsp baking soda
1/3 tsp salt
¾ c sour cream
3 eggs
Directions:
Directions:
Pour boiling water over chocolate in bowl. Let stand until cool. Cream butter and vanilla. Add brown sugar, beating well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Sift dry ingredients (flour, soda, salt) and add to creamed mixture. Pour into greased and floured pan. Bake at 350º for 45 min.
