2 CUPS BEEF BROTH OR 4 BULLION CUBES AND 2 CUPS WATER
2 TBSP OIL
2 CLOVES GARLIC, MINCED
1/2 TSP SALT
1 ONION, DICED
2 TSP CHILI POWDER
1 TSP CUMIN
1 CAN CHOPPED GREEN CHILIS
1/4 TSP BLACK PEPPER
1 CAN ROI-TEL

IN A BIG POT OR DUTCH OVEN. BROWN MEAT WITH ONIONS. ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS. COVER AND SIMMER UNTIL THE MEAT IS TENDER AND THE LIQUID BECOMES A RICH SAUCE ABUT 1 1/2 TO 2 HOURS. SERVE WITH HOT FLOUR TORTILLAS.

I COOK MINE IN A CROCKPOT. ADJUST SEASONINGS TO YOUR TASTE. YOU CAN ADD SOME CAYENNE AND YOU CAN USE FRESH CHILIS, ROASTED AND PEELED AND SOME JALAPENO.
