3 C. mashed sweet potatoes (3 .)
3/4 c. sugar (I use 1/4 c.)
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/3 stick butter/margarine
1/2 c . Bordens sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased baking dish.
Cover with topping

Topping
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
1/3 c. flour 1/3 c. flour
1/3 stick melted butter or margarineMix thoroughly and sprinkle over souffle,
Bake for 35 minutes at 350.
