4 BONELESS, SKINLESS CHICKEN BREASTS
2 EGGS, BEATEN
1 CUP RITZ CRACKER CRUMBS
1/2 TSP GARLIC SALT
BLACK PEPPER TO TASTE
1/2 CUP BUTTER CUT INTO PIECES

PREHEAT OVEN TO 375º. PLACE EGGS AND CRACKER CRUMBS IN TWO SEPARATE PIE PLATES. MIX CRACKER CRUMBS WIT GARLIC SALT AND PEPPER. DIP CHICKEN IN THE EGGS AND THEN IN THE CRUMB MIXTURE TO COAT. ARRANGE CHICKEN IN A 9X13 DISH. PLACE PIECES OF BUTTER AROUND THE CHICKEN BAKE FOR 40 MINUTES OR UNTIL TENDER AND JUICES RUN CLEAR WHEN POKED WITH A FORK.
