1 1/2 c. sour cream
3 garlic buds, crushed
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp.dijon mustard
2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
2 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. crumbled blue cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, add sour cream, salt, pepper, mustard, garlic and Worcestershire sauce. Blend well on low speed. Add the mayo and blend low and then increase speed to medium for one minuet. Crumble cheese by hand. Add to the mixture and blend on low speed for no more than 2 minuets. Refrigerate 24 hours before serving to marry the flavors. Add more crumbled blue cheese to top it off when serving.

Personal Notes:
A good blue cheese is preferred, but you can use
gorganzola. Add a little more spice with it as it is not as sharp a taste.
