Directions:
PREHEAT OVEN TO 375º. PUT OLEO INTO 9X13 BAKING PAN AND PUT IN OVEN TO MELT. IN THE MEANTIME, PUT ALL THE DRY INGREDIENTS IN A ZIPLOC BAG AND SHAKE TO MIX. ADD THE CHICKEN PIECES AND SHAKE REAL GOOD. TAKE THE MELTED OLEO OUT OF THE OVEN, DIP THE CHICKEN PIECES ON ONE SIDE THEN LAY THEM OVER AND BAKE FOR ABOUT 30 MINUTES OR UNTIL TENDER AND BROWN.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
THIS IS SO EASY AND GOOD AND TENDER AND THE LEFTOVER OLEO AND CHICKEN BITS MAKE THE BEST GRAVY. I USE THE LEFTOVER SEASONED FLOUR AND POUR THE LEFTOVER OLEO IN A CAST IRON SKILLET TO MAKE THE GRAVY. I MADE UP THIS RECIPE SO YOU MAY WANT TO ADJUST THE SEASONINGS.
