2 lb potatoes washed. Leave skins on
.2 packs ranch dip mix.
8 oz sour cream.
3/4 c. mayonnaise Bacon bits.
1/2 c celery, chopped.
1/2 onion, chopped.
1/2 bell pepper, chopped.

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes until tender. Leave jackets on. Drain potatoes and cool. Dice potatoes in to bite chunks. Add all ingredients except bacon and stir well. If too dry, add sour cream and mayonnaise to taste. Sprinkle with bacon bits. Chill before serving.
