1 pastry crust
1 can peas and carrots, drained
1 can green beans, drained
1 can corn, drained
1/3 cup margarine
1/3 cup all purpose flour
1/3 cup onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 3/4 cup chicken broth
2/3 cup milk
2 1/2 - 3 cups cooked, chopped chicken

Preheat oven to 350. Heat margarine in 2 qt. saucepan over medium heat until melted. Stir in flour, onion, salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally until mixture is bubbly; remove from heat. Stir in broth and milk. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in chicken and vegetables.

Pour chicken and vegetables into greased 9x9x2 inch pan. Place one pastry crust on top, cut to vent. Bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
