1 - 12 oz. pkg. cranberries
1 1/2 cups white sugar
3 - 3 oz. pkgs. jello (1 each of cranberry, cherry,
raspberry or any red jello)
3 c. boiling water
2 cans mandarin oranges, drained and cut in pieces
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 - 8 oz. can crushed pineapple; do not drain

Directions:
Directions:
Grind cranberries, stir in sugar and set aside. Prepare 3 packages of jello with 3 cups boiling water. Cool until thickened. Add mandarin oranges, nuts, crushed pineapple and cranberry/sugar mixture. Stir well. Pour into clear bowl, oiled 8-cup mold or bundt pan. Chill overnight. Serve directly from bowl or invert on plate to serve large group or cut into individual wedges.
