1 - 1 1/2 lbs pork (ground)
1 Tbsp garlic salt
1 tbsp pepper
1 Tbsp onion salt
3 lg cans tomatoes (stewed or crushed)
2 sm cans jalapeņo (diced)
3 lg cans green chili (diced)
1 - 2 cans water
flour (to thicken)

Directions:
In large pot, brown pork with garlic salt, onion salt and pepper, breaking into small pieces as it cooks. Add other ingredients and 1 1/2 cans of water. Stir - if needed, add more water. Cook for 2 hours on simmer. Add flour if needed, to thicken.

I have made this a lot with Jena and it is very good just by itself. Some people put it over rice. If you decide not to add the pork, it can be used over taco's, burritos or enchiladas!
