1 cup cream of mushroom soup
1 cup cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cup broth from cooked turkey
6 eggs, beaten
9 cups cornbread, crumbled
3 cups homemade bread, crumbled
1 cup onion, chopped and sautéed
1 cup celery, chopped and sautéed
Pepper to taste
1 to 1 1/2 cup milk
1 cup cooked giblets, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream soups with broth and mix well. Add eggs, cornbread, bread, onions, celery, pepper and stir together. Add 1 to 1 1/2 cups milk to make a medium textured mixture. Fold in giblets.

Pour dressing into two greased 11x13x3 inch baking pans. Place in preheated 325 degree oven. Cook for 1 1/2 hours or until lightly brown.
