4 cups peaches
2 T. butter
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 cup milk
1 pinch salt

Directions:
Melt butter in baking dish. Prepare thin batter, pour in over butter. Spread fruit over top. Bake in a moderate (350-375 degrees) oven for 45 minutes.
