7 oz. Andiamo's Red Sauce
1 oz. Mascarpone Cheese
1 oz. Heavy Cream
1/2 oz. Parmesan Cheese
Salt & Pepper - Pinch
Parsley - Pinch

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the red sauce, Mascarpone Cheese, Heavy Cream, Parmesan Cheese, Salt & Pepper and Parsley in a sauce pan.

Starting with 9 1/2 oz. simmer and reduce to approximately 7 ounces.

Andiamo's Palomina sauce is served with their homemade Gnocchi and is a favorite of mine. This recipe was given to me by Andiamo's Executive Chef Jim Oppat.
