2 cups sugar
1 t. soda
1 t. salt
2 t. baking powder
2 t. cinnamon
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups canned pumpkin

Frosting:
3/4 stick butter
3 oz. cream cheese
pinch of salt
1 T milk
1 t. vanilla
2 1/2 cups powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar, eggs, and oil. Add soda, salt, baking powder, cinnamon and flour. Add pumpkin. Mix well. Pour into 10 x 14 greased and floured pan. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
Combine butter, cream cheese, salt, milk, vanilla and powdered sugar. Whip until fluffy.
Cool cake, then frost with cream cheese frosting and cut into bars.
