9 eggs beaten
1 Cup of flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup of grated romano cheese
1/2 tsp parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg very well. Add the rest of the ingredients together and mix. Spread in a well greased 9x13 cake pan. Bake at 350º for 10-12 minutes or until firm. Cool and cut into small squares.
