8 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 pkg sliced mushrooms
1 tsp minced garlic
2 cups flour
1 tsp salt & pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
1 bottle marsala wine

Directions:
Directions:
Mix salt & pepper with flour. Lightly flour chicken breast. Fry in olive oil & garlic till golden brown.
Add wine & mushrooms. Cover but slightly ajar to vent. Bring to a boil for a few minutes,
reduce heat & simmer until most of the wine is absorbed & chicken cooked through.
