1/2 cup butter or margarine
2 eggs
3 ripe bananas
1 cup sugar
1 T. sour milk
2 cups flour
1 tsp. soda
1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix bananas, butter, sugar, eggs & sour milk until smooth. To make the milk sour, add a tsp. of vinegar. Add flour & soda. Mix until smooth. You can add a cup of chopped walnuts. Pour into a greased bread pan or four small bread pans. Bake for 1 hour if using the bread pan. Bake for 45 minutes if using the smaller bread pans.
