2 pkg (6oz) Strawberry gelatin
3 C. boiling water
2 pkg (10oz) frozen sweetened sliced strawberries thawed
1 (20oz) crushed pineapple undrained
1 C. chopped pecans
1/2 C. chopped maraschino cherries

Topping:
1 pkg (8oz) cream cheese softened
1 jar (7oz) marshmallow cream
1 8 oz whipped topping thawed
fresh strawberries and mint

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in strawberries and pineapple. Refrigerate until partially set. Stir in pecans and cherries. Transfer to a 13X9X2 dish. Chill until firm 2 hrs. For topping beat cream cheese and marshmallow cream just until combined. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over salad. Refrigerate over night. Cut into squares. Garnish with strawberries and fresh mint.
