1 cup coconut
1 cup pecans
1 package German Chocolate Cake Mix
3 eggs
1 1/4 cup water
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 (8 ounce) cream cheese
1/2 cup butter
1 (16 ounce) box of powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Line a 13x9 pan with wax paper. Grease paper. Sprinkle coconut and pecans in the bottom. Mix cake mix with eggs, water and vegetable oil. Spoon cake mix over coconut and pecans. Combine cream cheese and butter in sauce pan. Cook over low heat. Stir in powdered sugar. Spoon mixture evenly over batter. Cook at 350º for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Invert cake over a serving plate.
