1 round steak cut into small pieces
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 can Campbell's French onion soup
1 can of water (measured from the soup can)
oil for browning the steak
4-5 fresh mushrooms, sliced

To thicken the above:
2 T. cornstarch
2 T soy sauce
1/4 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in oil. Add soup, mushrooms, bell pepper and water. Simmer for 45 minutes or until meat is tender. Mix cornstarch, soy sauce and water, add to meat. Stir until thickened.

Serve over rice or egg noodles
