Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 to 3 lbs. of Ground Beef (73% lean)
2 eggs
1 pkg Lipton Onion Soup mix
1/4 cup Bread Crumbs, Italian Herb
Lemonpepper
Kraft Deli Deluxe American Cheese slices

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except Lemonpepper and cheese. Pat out into thin patties, about 5 inches in diameter to allow for shrinkage. Sprinkle Lemonpepper on one side, more or less to suit your taste. Cook over a really hot charcoal grill, turning only once. You know patties are done when you press them with a spatula, and the juice that runs out is not red, only clear. Place cheese slices on the meat while it is still on the grill, then remove and serve with fresh cut fries! This recipe works well for burgers cooked in a cast iron skillet, too.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Regular ground beef works much better for grilling than the more lean varieties.
