2 eggs, beaten
12 oz. beer
1 & 1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt & pepper
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. baking powder
milk, if needed
fish fillets
cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, except fish. Mix well until smooth consistency, if too heavy add small amount of milk. If too thin, add cornstarch.
Dredge fish in cornstarch, shake off excess.

Heat oil in frying pan to 375º. Dip fish fillets into batter, fry fish until golden brown.
