1 LB BABY CARROTS
1 STICK OLEO, MELTED
3 EGGS
1 CUP SUGAR
3 TBSP FLOUR
1 TSP BAKING POWDER
1 TSP VANILLA

Directions:
Directions:
SPRAY AN 8 INCH BAKING DISH. COOK CARROTS IN SALTED WATER UNTIL TENDER. DRAIN. MIX REMAINDER OF INGREDIENTS WITH A MIXER OR FOOD PROCESSOR AND ADD CARROTS A LITTLE AT A TIME. POUR INTO DISH AND BAKE AT 350º FOR 45 MINUTES OR UNTIL SET. LET STAND 5 MINUTES BEFORE SERVING.
