3 PKGS FROZEN CHOPPED SPINACH, THAWED AND SQUEEZED DRY
1-3 OZ PKG CREAM CHEESE, SOFTENED (BE SURE TO LAY IT OUT TO SOFTEN)
8 OZ SOUR CREAM
1 CAN CREAM OF MUSHROOM OR CELERY SOUP
PARMESAN CHEESE

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT PARMESAN. POUR INTO SPRAYED CASSEROLE DISH AND BAKE AT 350º FOR 40-45 MINUTES.
