GRATED CHEESE

BATTER:
1/2 CUP FLOUR
1 EGG
1 TSP SALT
1 CUP MILK

OIL FOR DEEP FRYING

Directions:
Directions:
ADD CHEESE TO MASHED POTATOES TO TASTE AND MAKE INTO BALLS ABOUT THE SIZE OF GOLF BALLS. FREEZE FOR TWO HOURS OR MORE. GENTLY DIP THE POTATO BALL INTO BATTER MAKING SURE THAT ALL THE POTATO IS COATED. DEEP FRY IN HOT OIL UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.
