2 C. White sugar
1 C. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
2 1/2 C. flour
1 C. Milk or a little more
1/2 C. Cocoa
Nuts if you like

Frosting
1/4 C. milk
1/2 C. oil
1 C. sugar

Directions:
Mix all together put in a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350º 25- 30 minutes.

Frosting:
Mix together and bring to a good boil. Take off heat and add 1 C. choc chips. Beat until slightly thick or until chips are melted.

I use 1/2 C. choc. chips and 1/2 C. butterscotch chips.
