1 C. Four
1/4 C. oatmeal
1 C. brown sugar
1/2 C. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 C. rhubarb
Filling:
1 C. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 C. water
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Make crunch of 1st 5 ingredients. Pat half in pan add rhubarb. Cook filling until thick, pour over rhubarb. Top with rest of crumbs.

Bake 350º for 45 minutes
