Ingredients:
1 heaping C. flour
"some" salt (about 1/2 tsp)
1/2 c Crisco
3-6 T of ice cold water

Directions:
Directions:
For single crust mix flour and salt. Cut in Crisco. Sprinkle water 1 Tbsp at a time and mix until dough is formed. Test dough by placing a marble sized amount in hand; you want it to hold together firmly. Chill at least 2 hours, up to 2 days. If you make a double crust, fill with desired filling and freeze. To bake from frozen thaw pie 15 minutes. Poke holes in top; glaze with milk then sugar. Bake 20 minutes in 400 - 425º oven; then bake 35-40 minutes at 350º.

Personal Notes:
I remember hearing commentary on every pie Grandma tasted when I was out eating with her. (She always preferred her own!)
