4 lbs apples - suggestion of Braeburn, Fuji, McIntosh, or Gala
1/2 c water
1/4 c sugar
1/2 - 1 tsp cinnamon or 1 stick

Directions:
Place all ingredients into stock pot. Cook approximately 30 minutes them mash. Mixture may look watery but thickens after mashing, if too thick you can add water or apple juice to thin down. Place into freezer bags or old butter tubs and freeze.
