1 large block of Velvetta cheese
1 pound hamburger meat - cooked & seasoned with Tony Chachere's
1 can sliced mushrooms
Green onions, chopped
1 small can diced green chili's
Diced jarred jalapeņos - optional

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and heat until velveeta is melted.

Serve with chips.
