1 pkg (17 oz) frozen puff pastry (thawed)
1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese (softened)
3 Tbsp sugar
2 cups (12 oz) chocolate chips (divided)

Preheat oven 375º.

Roll one sheet puff pastry to 14 x 10-inch rectangle on floured surface. Combine cream cheese and sugar in a small bowl. Spread half of cream cheese mixture over puff pastry, leaving 1-inch border on one long side. Sprinkle with one cup of chocolate chips. Roll up, starting at long side covered with cream cheese. Seal edge by dampening with water. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Chill for one hour. Cut rolls crosswise into 1-inch thick slices. Place cut side up on parchment paper lined or lightly greased baking sheets.

Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand for two minutes and remove to wire racks to cool completely.
