1 lb. dried chopped papaya, pineapple, dates, cherries
2 lbs. chopped pecans
1 cup whole wheat flour (or white)
2 T Vanilla
2 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup honey
4 eggs
1/2 cup Peach brandy

Directions:
Directions:
MIx fruits and nuts.
Sift flour/baking powder mixture over fruit.
In separate bowl, mix brandy, honey & vanilla.
Mix well until the honey is thinned (from brandy).
Pour honey mixture over fruit; mix well.
Use mini-muffin cups sprayed with Pam.
Fill muffin tins to rounded amount.

Bake @ 325º for 15-16 mins. (don't get too brown - check after 12-13 mins.).
Cool on wire racks.
Soak cheese cloth in brandy; lay over balls in fridge for a few days to add more flavor.
