1 ½ quarts water
6 chicken bouillon cubes
1 c celery; diced
1 c onion; diced
2 ½ c potatoes; cubed
1 c carrots; diced
16 oz package frozen California Medley vegetables
2 cans cream of chicken soup
½ - 1 lb Velveeta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a large kettle; combine water, bouillon cubes, celery and onion. Cook uncovered for 20 minutes. Add potatoes, carrots, frozen veggies; cook until tender; about 30 minutes. Add chicken soup and cheese; heat until cheese melts.
